Lotus Construction Services is a general contractor providing a full range of building services from project management, permit facilitation and design to general labor and all physical construction needs for both the residential and commercial fields of the construction industry. Our work is focussed on serving the Seattle community with effective, competent and affordable building solutions for all needs. Our residential work is based in the south-west Seattle market place and our commercial work is focussed on the downtown core throughout south Seattle. We provide time and material work when requested but our goal is to provide high quality product with a clear scope of work at a fixed price. We feel that this lets the client feel secure in the knowledge of how much their project will cost and motivates us to work for a high degree of productivity in our endeavors.
